ORDERING YOUR SHIRT :
Easy as 1, 2, and 3.
1. Click the thumbnail of the design you would like to purchase.
2. Customize your shirt by choosing the color and size you like. Click on the "ADD TO CART" icon.
3. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details and so forth.
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.
You may also sign up to join the JAQ Members Club to make ordering more efficient in the future.
Sign up and you can receive future "member's only" discounts and to be entered into a weekly "members only" prize giveaway.
PAYMENT METHODS :
We recommend paying by PayPal as itís the safest and most reliable way to process payments. We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) through Paypal. At this time we do not accept money orders or personal checks. We do not accept international orders.
We use a YAHOO SSL SECURE SHOPPING CART and are fully PCI and CISP compliance allowing secure payment gateway services. Because our website is hosted by YAHOO you can be sure that your order information and credit card details are secure.
HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER :
Just email us or give us a call and we can do the changes for you. If the new order is priced higher than the original order we will send you a PayPal invoice with the difference as well as the PayPal fee associated with the transaction. Vice versa if the new order is less than the original order we will refund you the difference.
If ordering from our customizations section/customized printing section. You will have only 2 days to cancel your order without penalty. Otherwise we will charge a 35% restocking fee for all equipment and supplies used in the process of setting up the printers for your order.
WHOLESALE ORDERS :
We do not offer wholesale prices regardless of how many t-shirts you purchase.
